Harriet Wills

Taking the first step by asking for help is a significant and courageous moment. I am an experienced qualified psychotherapist, for almost a decade I have conducted psychotherapy groups and offered psychodynamic therapy to individuals within the NHS. I am a registered BACP psychotherapist, a group work practitioner and an Associate Member of the Institute of Group Analysis.

I have worked with a wide range of patients within the NHS with diverse issues. I employ different modalities of therapy including: psychodynamic individual, couples, family, or group therapy, and offer a short course of treatment or work in a longer term open-ended manner.

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore the challenges you face, develop a better understanding of yourself, deepen your connection to others and the opportunity to increase your capacity for creativity and enjoyment. Should you wish to explore the possibility of working together please do not hesitate to contact me; I offer a 20 minute telephone consultation without charge.

I run my practice from two different locations, I have rooms in Primrose Hill and Notting Hill. I also offer online psychotherapy via zoom or telephone sessions, so no matter where you are located you can access treatment.

How to proceed

I offer an initial 15-20 minute phone call to see if I can help and there is no charge for this.

Initially I suggest couples and individual have a 1 hour or 1.5 hour assessment session, either face to face or on Zoom. This allows me to get a full picture of what the issues are and if I think I can help we begin to establish the foundations of a working relationship.
