Addiction

Depression and anxiety

OCD/self-harm/eating disorders and other symptoms of psychic stress

Relationships

On the whole most of us would like a meaningful, safe and rewarding relationship with a partner and those who are close to us. This is often difficult to achieve and some insight and understanding as to what is being experienced in the couple dynamic is helpful. The aim of work with individuals is to deepen the relationship with ourselves, leading to greater self acceptance and understanding of our purpose and meaning.

Developing trust

Developing a trusting and confidential relationship with the couple or individual is paramount in order to explore difficulties in a safe and non-judgemental way. Together we begin a journey, which may be short or long depending on the client’s needs. The process has the potential to lead to greater self-awareness, better mental health and a more rewarding and conscious life experience.

How to proceed

I offer an initial 15-30 minute phone call to see if I can help and there is no charge for this. Initially I suggest couples and individuals have a 1.5 hour assessment session, either face to face or on Zoom. This allows me to get a full picture of what the issues are and if I think I can help we begin to establish the foundations of a working relationship. Ongoing sessions are on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes long.

Referrals to a low fee Couples clinic can be made if required.
